Further information

Your stroll will start by the beautiful 18th century city hall or, in French; Hotel de Ville, maybe the most famous one in the world.

You will understand the commercial development of Paris and the importance of the right bank of the Seine river.

Next you will walk some of the most charming and oldest streets of the city, where you will find many curious boutiques, pastry shops and parfumeries.

Your walk through Le Marais also considers discovering part of the Jewish section of the city, passing by the Holocaust Museum and understanding the Jew's struggle during the Nazi occupation, as well as the lively rue des Rosiers, the best place in Paris to find the most tasty falafels.

During your walk you will see the beautiful Church of Saint Paul & Saint Louis with its theatrical architecture as well as its many interesting anecdotes that makes this one of the must-see places in Le Marais.

After strolling more lively streets full of cafés you will arrive at the most beautiful Parisian royal square: la Place des Vosges, here you will find modern art galleries, as well as the house of Victor Hugo and other famous French people that have made history.

Your walk will end at the border of medieval Paris, in one of our favorite hidden places and where only locals know they can find the perfect spot to relax and have an "apero", lunch or dinner away from the crowds.
